2000 Grand Prix GTP- 2000 Trans Am WS6 M6
Got and lost a dog within 15 minutes...
...record?
So yeah...I adopted a 5yo white German Shepherd this evening. I got her in the GTP, drove the 10 minutes home, got her in the house, took her leash off, turned around to get the rest of her stuff out of the trunk, the dog bolts right past me, and disappears into the night. Literally, I blinked and she was gone.
I searched and called her name for half an hour, but with no luck. Hopefully she will either turn back up at my house or the lady I adopted her from. Not to sound like an ass, but I'm glad I didn't spend any money on the dog or I would be super pissed. It's not that cold out tonight (just above freezing, so tomorrow, I'll go out looking again, but with it getting dark around 1630 here, there was no luck finding her tonight.

if you were only 10 minutes from where she lived I bet that's where she'll show up.

That'll happen when you leave a door open for a dog that's not trained or familiar with it's surroundings.
I hope you find her and that she didn't find any trouble for herself.

I count that as I-95..cause the Washington Beltway (495) is 8 lanes too.
Yeah, I'm spoiled by 8-lane highways too, cause when I drove to Indiana for Thanksgiving, All I was on was 4-lanes, and I hate getting stuck behind two people doing the same speed
