Order new wheels today
Well I pulled the trigger and order these today.

I love these wheels, I think they will look good with my Navy Blue Metallic.
I picked them because I love the 78/79 Trans Ams and it seems every one either has TTIIs (even Mustangs
) or Vette wheels. I wanted mine to stand out and not be a cookie cutter
Also when I was looking my wife surprised me by asking how come I haven't changed my hood out yet to a ram air style. I think I just got early approval for it

the cast only come in 17x 9
The custom billet aluminum comes in many sizes. 17's, 18's, 19's and 20's. But it also comes with a high price tag from YearOne. For these customs you will need to know Year, Make and Model of vehicle, Width of wheel, Backspacing for wheel, and Bolt pattern of wheel what back spacing you want. They also have the "Honeycomb" style from the 1st Gens too.

how much? PM me the price if you don't want to post it. I love these wheels and the only ones I've ever seen are the "we'll take your first 3 children" year one wheels. Damn things are expensive.

They are currently going for $749, with tax and shipping it came to about $885 for all four.
I'll PM the link
I think I'm going to put on Nitto NT555 275/40 R 17s. I can't do the DR's because of how much it rains here. I'd end up in a ditch with them.Last edited by SMWS6TA; 03-01-2011 at 01:11 PM.

also this is without the center caps. Add another $140 for the caps and lugs. I'll get them next month.

No that's just it. I talked with the YearOne rep and he said all orders that are in stock that are placed before noon est are immediately dropped into UPS shipping. He did say the shipping time varies from how far away you are from the warehouse. But still I couldn't believe how fast they got here. I was expecting them on Fri or Sat.
It may be a couple of weeks before I can get the tires I want.
