I think my video card took a dump...

Thanks, Drew. I was really hoping it was the inverter. Everything I read and the symptoms I had pointed straight to it

I just broke down and ordered a new screen. UPS 3 day, so probably won't get here until Monday since it was ordered just before 4:00 pm.

Much cheaper to change the bulbs, but, seems like a lot goes into it. And, if it's the screen anyway, might as well just change it out now.

After I install the new screen, and it works

I'll take apart the old one and see just how hard it is to change the bulbs. I'd rather practice on an 'extra' screen

I hate computers

The screen was supposed to be here tomorrow. But, while tracking the UPS shippent... It apparently went from Canada, to Seattle, WA, to freaking Louisville, Kentucky!
