" Bolt on"4 piston caliper, C5 brake conversion ?
Is there a good 4 piston caliper out there that will bolt onto the C5 brake conversion for the 4th gen' F bodies?
I figure if I am going to upgrade, I would want more clamping power, while I am at it.

C5 on a F body has a lot of stopping power.
You could do the CTS-V Brembo brake swap. Will knows a lot about them.
Also if you have 18" front wheels the 5th Gen Front brakes can be made to work too. My friend just did the swap on his.

Wouldn't a 4 piston caliper give stronger, and more even clamping force?
I am running 17" C5 Z06 wheels three out of the four seasons, and the factorey WS6 Speedlines in the winter. I pretty much need to stay in the 13" rotor zone, and don't want to spend cubic dollars on a kit. I figured if there is a 4 piston caliper that is a direct bolt on the the C5 conversion kit, that would be my ideal situation.

Doesn't use brackets at all actually bolts right on minus some spacers for it to sit right and a custom brake line.

Corvette no camaro yes I have heard they are the same but they had them first so you can get them cheaper used since they had them years before 2010 when the new camaro. I don't know for sure if what applies for the v is the same for the camaro.

I never ran corvette or camaro calipers. I have corvette rotors though.

Now that I'm back on the road and able to test the C5 brakes I'll have to say much, much better over the stock f body calibers. I imagine the CTS-V brakes that Will is talking about are even better.
You use the f body pads, the bracket for the C5 and F Body are the same, you will need a washer to act as a spacer for the C5 caliber bolt otherwise it will
My wheels are 17x9 Yr1 Snowflakes.
It doesn't look like it but there is clearance between the wheel and calibers. I had to grind down the fins in order to get the clearance.

Also with this conversion you use f body pads, the Caliber bracket is the same as the F Body, you'll need 4 washers for the bolt that connects the caliber to the bracket to act as a spacer otherwise it will extend and touch the rotor.

Only a few more things are needed for the v calipers, no bracket for the v at all just two washers on each hole and w/ custom brake line. V pads and c6 z06 rotors. Both are nice but personally I'd just do the v swap if you really want 4 pistons and just do it once. If you just want better braking then the c5 swap isn't a bad choice especially if you don't intend on doing anything that will push them to their limits.

always dirty- 2013 Ram 2014 Caddy ATS
The Cadillac ATS has a 4 piston Brembo caliper. Maybe you can find some measurements and see if it bolts on.

Why bother that is reinventing the wheel. The CTS-V 4 piston brembos bolt directly on with 4 washers needed per side to space it correctly over the rotor when used with c6 z06 rotors. It is an extremely simple swap I don't understand the need to try some other brembo caliper when this works and has been proven to work. I have it on my car now so obviously it fits. It also fits under certain 17" wheels as opposed to some of the others out there where you need 18". I have it under my race star industries 17x4.5" rims.

This is literally all you need:
custom brake line sold at flynbye.com
c6 z06 rotors x2
cts v brake pads 1 set
cts v gen 1 calipers x2
8 M12 aluminum or better washers
caliper pin kit if the calipers didn't come with it
boom and done it is that simple. If you get the calipers pads and rotors used you can do this super cheap.
Hell check this out the pin kit and the pair of brembos for just under $300 that is a great deal since I paid $120 for the pin kit alone from the dealer.

I also forgot to add you need SS hose for the C5 conversion as well.
