2000 M6 SS shifting question

I just bought a 2000 SS convertible M6 last week and it shifted perfect, now sometimes it shifts easy as pie, other times it literally requires 2 hands to get it into first gear and has to be forcefully put into every other gear, and then it will go back to shifting fine after a few days, does anyone know what could be causing this?

Is your clutch pedal returning all the way up?

It seems to start happening after I come close to redlining first and second gear, and then it gradually returns to normal

Also, if I turn the car off, I can shift into the gear and then turn the car on and it will be in the gear fine, but then it is still tough to shift into other gears unless the car is off or like i said, after a while it seems to get better by itself, could it be the fluid?
