PCV is a couple of bucks at any part store.
Here is the thread on how to make a fix. I've done it and it works.

You also need to follow the hose towards the back of the intake and check the it where it comes together with another hose that goes to the back of the valve cover. At this junction it also has a tendency to break. The whole pcv hose assemble cost around $70 bucks on gmpartsdirect. How ever the LS6 Valley tray cover is around the exact same amount. It takes a little more work but is worth it.
If you are in a real tight jam for money and need a quick fix for about $12 you can get some vacuum hose connectors and make a fix. Need a T section and a L section so that you can make it a split and have it facing the right angles. I have a pic if you need a clearer idea. PM me if needed.

Use epoxy for now,,,to cure any pcv connector or hose issues. I did and it works great.
As long as your surface areas are cleaned with alcohol this will work.
