It's not a wax. It's a coating. Coatings are the most durable form of protection on the market.

Thats a fairly common sealant "kind of" but it's definitely not a wax. A lot of high end car buyers put that on a new car shortly after buying it. It's getting very very popular in my neck of the woods and it's usually professionally done in a shop.

This is much more durable than a sealant. Completely different in nature than a sealant. Gloss Coat is the consumer version. It's a semi permanent coating that is warrantied to last up to 2 years.

Pewter- 2002 Trans Am WS6 M6
Cquartz is another coating similar to this that I just put on my new focus and will be putting on the trans am in the next couple weeks once I give it a good detailing/buffing.
You have to pay close attention as your putting this stuff on. If you put too much on and cause a high spot it usually takes a buffer to level it down. Small bottle of stuff like this is pricey but goes a long way.Last edited by raynor139; 05-27-2015 at 02:04 AM.

It is somewhere between a sealant and a clear coat. Get yourself a quality brand of carnauba wax and use it once a month. I think you'll be happy with the results and your wallet will thank you as well.

Meguiars NXT wax is actually a sealant...not really sure why they call it a wax because it really isn't one. Give it a shot if you never have. It's pretty legit.

car wax
Hi guys
Has anyone ever used the AG aqua wax as I was thinking of getting some to use in between each big clean to keep the car looking nice.
Cheers

For the last few years I have left the Chemical guys and Meguiars products and have been strictly Adam's Polishes products. ost is a tad high, but I am quite happy with the results, the protection, and the ease of use with their products and tools. Their wheel brush is one of my favored for wheels, step bars, exhaust tips, their APC does wheel wells and engine bays great. And their ceramic coating for glass and windshields just sleets the rain right off.
