maybe,if so it would be garlic, meat tenderizer, and ground cayenne pepper or cajun seasoning. wife makes a marinade made of soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, dash of kitchen bouquet, tiger sauce(sweet tasting hot sauce),hot sauce(cajun sunshine or tennessee sunshine)and tablespoon of brown sugar.not sure how much of each, will ask her later.

god damn i love to cook.
this last friday cooked up some tenderloin i had in my freezer. olive oil, salt, and pepper then 3 minutes on each side, and its a perfect medium rare:
fillet burgers and a spring salad i made a couple months ago:
grillin is great, but i love making pizzas too. this one is a buffalo chicken pizza. i pan fried chicken breast, then shredded it and cooked the meat in a home made buffalo sauce (crystal hot sauce, honey, and blue cheese salad dressing). The pizza is just store bought dough, crushed tomatoes for sauce, some seasoning, then cheedarand mozz cheese. drizzled a little extra buffalo sauce on there for extra flavor:
ill take the same buffalo sauce and inject it into a turkey before i fry it, but i dont have any pictures of this.
i've even tried indian food, this was my take on 'chicken tika masala'. its cubed chicken cooked in a sauce made from stewed tomatoes, onions, heavy cream, and a shit load of spices:
every good meal needs a good beer to go along with it. this is one of my favorites, Victory Hop Devil, its from a local craft brewery in the Philadelphia area. I like to keep this one on tap at my house:
this thread is going to be great, ill start taking more pictures of the food i make.

great thread!
damn, if i'd known that before, i'd have taken pics of the salmon steaks, shrimp skewers and green asparagus i put on the grill today. yummy.
i love grilled fish, seabass, trout, salmon mostly. before serving, i top them with some roasted garlic in olive oil and fresh herbs.
some makarels i made last year, before:

I've done it without the rack. Just jam the chicken down onto the beer can. It'll stand up.

teal- 99 Z28 with an SS complex
guys i am going to be cooking alot at home now that i have moved out. I am going to go grocery shopping this week. I am going to buy 5 pounds of boneless chicken breast amongst other goodies. How are some good ways to go cook/ season the chicken? I also want to try and eat healthier so no more fast food, any good ideas and tips would help. thanks guys.
