SUNSET ORANGE- 2001 CAMARO SS
Longevity of tranny fluid.
I was curious as to how long tranny fluid lasts in a manual. I changed it 3 years ago and I put in redline d4. I've done occasional track hits with the redline. I'm not sure how long that stuff lasts. What do you guys recommend? And what are ppl running these days? Is redline a good fluid?

With a quality fluid, I do not see any need to change it until at least the 30,000 mile mark. It can be run longer, but a fluid change in a manual is so much simpler than in an auto.
