AIR and EGR removal
well when i did the cam and heads i left the air pump and all the bs that hooks up to the headers and sits behind the intake. well im wanting to remove all of it for a cleaner appearance for when i show the car. my question is what all is able to be removed.
the computer is already tuned for having them removed.
its also a 01 ss so i dont have the EGR that goes into the intake

Thanks Jeff, i searched but couldnt seem to find anything like that.
BTW is there a small vacuum line that has to be capped on the back of the intake? i didnt see anything that stated that but just making sure

Yes. The vacuum source line comes up from behind the intake and plugs into the electric solenoid located just in front of the diverter valve assembly. I kick myself for not capping it at the back of the manifold when I had my transmission out a couple of months ago.
