Keep it around 2,500 to no more than 3,000 -- that's our A4 car with 3.73's out back while tooling down the interstates at speed.

Im trying to find some info...Ive looked everywhere I can think of. what I want to know is...2008 cts dif internals and 2008 sts diff internals, are they interchangable? I know the cts is a different housing. but are the innards the same?? not woried about ratios. but the cts has the axle flanges on the unit and the sts has them on the half shafts/axles. so are the ring gear carriers interchangable??what about the gears if I want to change ratios too?( Ive set up lots of rears in the past,no issuses there) I dont want to buy the cts Ive found at a good price if the innards wont fit my sts( also in the pontaic solstice/saturn sky cars). I want to build a spare for my car so I can rebuild mine. I already got the sts but it's had some h20 in it....( ebay junk) and now I find another ebay rear with g80 at a good price if the innards will swap..thanks for any info!!!

I know this is a old thread but does any body have a clue if the innards are interchangable. there seems to be almost zero info on these gkn/getrag rearends.??thanks for any info.
