I will be getting one of those soon. No swirls makes me happy. The absorber does work really well on glass like you mentioned so its not a total loss. Thanks guys

I've used an absorber on my T/A for the past 5 years, but I recently switched over to a 230mph leaf blower. Not going back to the absorber anytime soon.

hahahah!! Is the leaf blower electric? I am sure it is.One time the neighbors lawn guy decided to blow some grass off my 87 iroc that I just got painted (white). Since he used his blower everyday I guess it was kinda wore out and it blew little spots of oil all over my car!!!! I went to my car to go to the store and was like MF!!!!!

oh its electric..I'm not messing with that gas powered stuff! ahha

I got it at walmart for like $70. It's a Black&Decker Leaf Hog and it gets the job done.

I had been wanting to switch for some time mainly cause I can never get all the water out of the crevices like under the tail lights with the absorber...but with the blower I do!

You know there is a chance that with a leaf blower you can blow a rock or dirt right on the paint. To much risk.

I would never blow my car.

Thats why you blow the driveway first. I've been using a leaf blower for awhile now too, it works great after I blow it then I go back with a microfiber towel and get any remaining water. Works great and there is alot less touching of the paint with towels, absorber or chamios(whatever you use) which in my opinion all leave swirl marks especailly on a black car like mine.

I am gonna go with a mini blower made just for cracks/creavaces and dry the rest of my car with a microfiber. I just keep on micrfibre wet and wipe a area and wring it out. After getting most of the water off I use a dry microfibre towel to finish the area. Works well with no swirls.

Looks like you have paint that is in good shape my paint is from 1998 and never seen a garage- I damn sure got swirls from using it. I mean it works really well for drying the car but for me I am gonna stay with the microfibre.
