Definitely feels more responsive, a good weekend project. A few dremel bits, some sand paper and aluminum polish. I also knife bladed and polished the flap.02 Avalanche

I used this site as a guide http://www.geocities.com/wilwaxu/throttlebody.html . Used a dremel with a 60 grit sanding wheel, then a 120 grit wheel. Then moved to sand paper and used 220, 400, 800, 1000, after that I went back to the dremel with a polishing wheel and used mothers mag and aluminum polish to finish it off and give it a nice shine. I stuck to the guide and knife bladed the leading edge of the throttle body and tb flap, made the cut to the throttle shaft but did not use metal filler I just ported the whole thing. It all went well and was a very easy mod in my opinion.

Cool, I'm going to do it. If I jack it up it'll just give me an excuse to buy a FAST TB, haha!
