2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
^ No harm, no foul. I just posted that as a lot of folks went to a lot of trouble to create just such a database and it seems like nobody uses it anymore.
I'm sure it's cause nobody looks. http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76551Last edited by 67CamaroRSSS; 07-14-2008 at 06:37 PM. Reason: added link

#5. WS6s had single outlet exhaust. (all others had dual).
Incorrect 98 Camaro SS models had single outlet exhaust standard. The dual exhaust was an option.

Great thread. If and when I get the 02 Z28, I will have to check and see if it has the LS6 block. Great stuff!

I didn't read any where in this thread but how much of a difference is there between the cams between 98-00 and 01-02?

Red- 2002 Camaro SS
you can also see on the front side of the block if it is a LS6 block or not... it will have a "bulls eye" in the casting if it is a LS6 block... but for people that think your going to get 30 more hp out of a LS6 vs LS1 block... well if you really think that will happen... get a LS1 block and a LS6 block and exhange all parts from one block to another and have them both dynoed with the same parts... well your gonna be sad to see that there will not be 30 more hp.... would be lucky to even see 10hp
