Power driver seat 3-way Switch, '99 TransAm 30th Ann. Ed.

Hi All. Well you guys helped me get 6 years of ownership with my beloved white & blue 30th Ann. TransAm. Dealer was just very helpful and ran test on seat switch which I havent cared about for a long time, as seat all way back and I 6'3", as prior owner ! Also it worked for up/down and tilt. But, I do want to fix switch now; Dealer told me failed seat Circuits 284/285 test, and last known GM part No. was 1680-6747. Another forum said 1680-5914. (I suspected it was just switch and not Motor given near Mint condition of interior, but I was terrified to suddenly have it motor fwd and NOT go back ! :-)
I would be so thankful for either or both of A) best way to clean the switch contacts so it might work and any d.i.y. vid link? B) best place to source a new or very clean used switch? [Somebody told me they are similar or same as what was used on Chevy Silverado 1500 Pickup trucks ?]

have same problem bypass to get adj unplugged so it wont move looking for same
