    Lq4 build

    I am looking for a good build sheet for a small nitrous build. Looking to make around 700hp with a 150-200 kit of nitrous without replacing every single internal part.
    I have an lq4 block, thinking a stock bore aftermarket piston, stock rods with arp 2000 bolts all new bearings, nitrous cam with l92 heads, upgraded springs and valves with a carb setup. With a 200 kit. Anything I should skip or buy certain items? Thanks

    700 on stock internals with N2O will not last very long......maybe with turbo but not with laughing gas.

    Mine is forged through out and is spec'd out for a 300 shot but I won't put that much on it once I'm done breaking it in.



    Just to get within that you would need to bore out to a 408ci, get awesome heads and a cam with the right spec's to get right around 500ish and then have a really good N2O kit with tune to keep from blowing it all up.

    My 403ci made 450 with a broke 4th gear blocking ring. It's getting fixed and once it's done I'll be back for tuning.



    Also I'm not trying to on your quest, just putting out some info.
