Ill bump this for ya. A4-tranny cooler and stall convertor. Stall only if you won't spend lots of time dragging it, cooler if you can afford it irregardless. You can do this yourself.
M6- Tick MC, upgrade clutch, and rebuild. Rebuild alone little under 2k. There has to be someone in your area that can do the rebuild for ya, and save shipping costs. That's a couple hundred right there.

It may have a cooler already. When it went out on me about 4 years ago, the guys that rebuilt it said it had a lot of upgrades. Didnt tell me exactly what though and calling them to find out isnt an option. Businesses in Hawaii tend to not give a damn about things after they are out the door.

3500 or bigger stall, you will regret that 3200.

A bigger stall will keep you in your power band of that cam, I'm not sure if 3200 is enough. I have a Yank 3600 with a V.2 and I wish i went with a bigger stall. around town the car drives just like it did when it was stock (sorta).

a tranny cooler will be easy to spot.....they're usually put in front of the radiator and look like another smaller radiator except they tie into your tranny lines. Your tranny lines come out pretty much where your crank pulley is. You will definitely want to make sure you have one before doing a stall. As far as the stall I agree......3500-3600 would be what I would get. Actually....it is what I got.....a 3500.

Thanks guys. You two agree with the LS6 intake and P/P stock TB?

I do! I made some good power with a LS6 intake before I got a FAST 92. The LS6 is 100 times better than the LS1 intake

My only fear (if you can call it that) is that I will get it, get use to the added power up to that point and want more. From what Keith said, the FAST would only add about 15-20HP. To me, thats not worth 1300 extra dollars.

I gained about 30rwhp with a fast 92 and a electric water pump.

I just had to replace my water pump too. Guess I could hold onto that one IF I went with an electric. As of this point, I am leaning towards the LS6 simply because of how much money it saves me.

Rear end question...rule of thumb is 12 bolt on A4 correct? Gears 3.73? If I go that route, what are the other specs on a rear end that I need to take into consideration? Such as spline and differential? I have NO CLUE what to look for in this category.

Bolt in. What happens if you want to change them? Or need to? Who knows, you hit a speed bump and bend one. Or you need to remove them to access some thing?

No it doesn't.....why would you have to remove them? Weld in becomes part of the chassis.....
