It is one wire pulled from 2 coils..

The OEM coils should have silver plug wire pins.

Looks like the gold pins are a replacement coil..

If the hood seal leak was'nt fixed when it was changed then there's nothing to keep the same from happening to the new coil over time..

Yeah I pulled wire #6 and #2.. 2 diff coil packs to show that #2 is yellow/gold/brass color. I fixed the water leak so no prob there. I pulled the whole thing out and unplugged the moduel like you said. Looks fine. I just replaced the whole bracket of coils with my spares bc I couldnt find a right size tool for the small nuts on the actual coil pack.

Ps: I really love that color you painted the engine.

Okay ever since ive replaced all the coils mpg has gotten worse now. Either the gas guage is just stupid and needs replacement or im just dumb and replaced good coils with nad coils...

Well there is an issue with the sending unit on these cars that sometimes can happen.

But, I don't think that's your issue.

Though I can't figure out why you'd be having a random misfire @ this point without thinking that your plug wires maybe damaged or a plug itself.

The back plugs on both banks are a pain to get to I could see where one may have gotten cracked..

Then there's always that knock code that continues to pop up..

I was down to ~13-15 mpg's highway when I got rid of mine but my engine was tired and original.

Scratching my head @ this point as well..

If you still have your other engine maybe try swapping the knock sensor over from it.

No I dont have the old engine anymore, its long gone. I just parted out items off the old engine that was good and that I thought I may need to use later on. I am not sure whats going on. Im assuming im going to have to take it to a mech.

Oh ok well I was thinking about putting some silicone sealant in between the rubber seal and the base that the rubber seal sits on in order to stop water from leaking inside the engine bay from the windshield and rolling up the hood at speed. Anyone else do this fix???

Thankfully, it's not something that I've had to deal with. Other than replacing the seal, I really don't know. Posting a thread may get you some fixes used by other members though.
