Black/ Silver- 98 TA WS6/ 01 C5 Corvette
Anyone know how to delete the cruise control? I don't ever use it so I see no need for it. I was reading that you need a different throttle cable. Does anyone know what is required for this?

I deleted mt cruise and traction control. You will need a cable for a non traction control car. I have a extra cable, it is brand new GM tags still on it. PM me of you are intrested.

If you are referring to this post: http://www.ls1.com/forums/f52/bye-by...ml#post2258804 I used three of the plugs with the slotted pins through which the zip ties were run. I did use a couple of additional black plastic plugs to fill the other open holes in the fenderwell.

It's easy to do and really helps to eliminate some of the clutter.

I did solder in a section of wiring if I recall correctly. Once you have the module relocated, figure out where your wiring will run and then plan for an extension just a bit longer to give you some slack. I prefer solder and shrink tube, however, crimp-style butt connectors will also work.

That works too. All my wiring went underneath - that may be why I extended it. Just been too long to recall the details.
