I really like that hood too there was someone at our gathering that had that same hood. If you look at the front end pics it is the T/A that is between the black T/A w/stripes and the GTO he had 44 county plates

    Nice wheels.

Hey, I notice from the pictures you took those pictures this coming September. Will you go back to that time, give me the winning powerball numbers for early August, and I promise to split the winnings with you.

    Ryan,

How did you like the Kumho's? Aside from the price, that is! I see you switched up, but were the Kumho's worth the price of admission?

    Thanks!

Not really for the Extra money the BFG KDW NT's have already lasted almost as long mileage wise with less wear since there is more grip and less slip. I like to burn them up every now and them buy the Kumho's spun all the time anything at over 80% throttle on the 1-2 in my auto sent the car sideways. Even 30 rolls were hard. There ok if you want something cheap for a cruise but for the price difference the BFG will last longer, hook better, and they look more aggressive so it's a nice package.

    I'm new here too.
I bought my TA Firebird in 2006 after a TWO year search.
It's the best car I've ever owned, and easily the highest performance car I've ever wrote a check for.

She's got it all. T-Tops, Ram Air, WS6 and of course, Monsoon, ten speaker stereo system!

My Sweet Thang! The Motherlode (region) of California has some great roads for her.

She's all stock and a fine cherry for me! I can assure you, the smile is geniune.

Van Halen sticker temporarily affixed to rear window for the 2007 Van Halen reunion concert.

    2002 Firehawk #0689

    Been a while...

Here's my 2002 Firehawk after some mods. I bought her for a song about 3 years ago with ~22K on the clock. I really enjoy driving her, plenty of power, performance and comfort.

She is #689, and came with only the basic SLP upgrades (aluminum wheels, composite hood and rear spoiler). She did not even have Firehawk Floormats or the SLP portfolio.

I lowered her with the Eibach and Bilstein set from SLP, and also had the SFC's welded in. The car is much tighter, although the ground clearance leaves alot to be desired - especially at the rear. But, damn, she looks mean!

    When I got her:

    After:

    After a Bath:

And after a Degreased and CD2'd Engine bay:

    Future mods:

    - SLP MAF and Smooth Baffle
    - SLP Loudmouth with dual tips
    - Full Suspension Upgrade
    - C5 Brake conversion
    - Chrome Z06 Wheels
    - CETA Mod in Satin Black (VHT Bumper Paint)
    - Yellow Pontiac Fill (Thanks Brent)
    - Grand Sport Stripes on Driver Side in Yellow
    - Fix Cracked Driver's Door Panel and prevent the Passenger Side from doing the same
    - Upgrade Speakers (Backs are starting to go)

dagersh that thing is sick. I would highly suggest a set of long tube headers. They are probably the best "bolt on" mod for our cars as far as sound and performance goes.

    Nice looking Hawk!

BTW: Save your money and skip the MAF. The stock unit is good up to around 500 hp and aftermarket MAFs are more hype than anything else.
