yeah im gonna see what my paycheck does net week, i might be snagging these up..of course i have no clue as to what y pipe fits best tho, so any input on that would be nice

I've read this entire thread, and i remember someone saying they had a header rubbing the k member. Then something about just "grinding" to fix it. Is it completely safe to grind a bit on the K member to get the header to clear it??? I have the same prob and i'm just wondering. Thanks.

yea you wont compromise the strength of the entire k-member by grinding a lil off the top

I got them installed with zero problems. getting the old stuff out was harder then putting in the new
2001 Formula ported and polished throttle body, Lid, Longtube headers, texas speed true dual, cam is the texas speed 228r 228/228 588. lift 112 lsa, tuned by Frost
