Garden Hose Mod??
Hello enthusiasts,
Ill be changing my rear stock shocks out in the next few days and will be doing the garden hose mod on my rear springs. My question is what kind/size of rubber hose do I use and any pointers on the install??
One of my friends said he just used a garden hose and one said he got actual rubber hose like you would find at a hardware store but neither remembered what size. Your help is greatly appreciated....01 m6 z28 - lid / lt headers / 3' ory w no cats / flowmaster catback w 3' dmh e-cutout / nelson pcm tune

go to any auto parts store and get 3 feet of 1/2 inch heater hose. it fits perfect on the coil. mine fit a little to perfect and I had to lube the spring a little to get the hose far enough on. you Ned about a foot and a half per spring

Yep! like MARK said go to auto parts & get heater hose!!.......it is more durable & you mite wanna get some W-D 40 if you don't already have some to make the hose slip on easier
