well, he told me that he is getting paid this thursday and that he will then send me a money order with a tracking number. So i'll hopefully have an update on thursday or friday.

you better start taking some action, call the cops and go from there let them worry about it. then he will pay much faster.

i already talked to them, i'm going to give josh until friday to mail it and get me a tracking #, or i'll be sending the info to the prosecutors office. I've got finals for school this week so I don't feel like having to deal with talking to the cops on the phone while trying to study and stuff so - he has until friday.

Not trying to tell you what to do but IMO if he doesnt pay Friday like you mentioned I wouldnt take any more excuses from this punk-file the paperwork etc. I mean wtf are you a bank that gives personal loans to jerkoffs? What did he do with the money you sent him? Un fucking real!

yea i know. I will be sending it out friday if i don't have my money. I'm not taking any more BS stories and reason why i don't have my money.

man im sorry to hear about your loss im proble one of the people u might be mad at as I work for Paypal and ebay right now. I havent paid full attention to the 9 pages but im assuming you either paid him the money through paypal and it was not an ebay purchase or this guy didnt have any buyer protection on this listing and thats why no money has been returned?

well i just spent the past hour printing out countless emails from him and paypal about the whole situation. I wrote a letter explaining and summing up the whole situation. Its all sitting in a big yellow envelope ready to be mailed in the morning. I'll let you guys know if and when the prosecutors office contacts me.

Wow, good to see there's a thread here on this! I've been ripped off a couple times by people on an Evo forum and a 3S (3000GT/Stealth) forum. Grew up with a 92 V8 firebird then had 2 LS1 trans ams and a c5 ... hoping to get back into an LS1 TA in the near future. Good to know you guys are looking out for this and shopping through forum members is safer!
