damn i was wanting som eparts as well. So where does he live? Sucks this happened to you guys! I live in Texas so if I can be of any help let me know

I emailed him and got a response back. He said she did have him locked up and he just got out. I called BS and he's like believe it or not. Said he was gonna get the parts out but he needed to get paid to cover shipping fee's. Which he was supposed to get paid on Tues he said. Said it before and Ill say it again, when I see my parts at my door Ill believe it. Why he keeps in contact w/ some of us though, I don't understand. I think he'll eventually just drop off though......

i would have barrowed a few bucks, this is unreal. if you are in contact do what you said you would do and send the parts out.

I have been waiting for my parts for a while now from this guy. I am up for any legal action to either get my money back or my parts. If I have to file a police report in Texas and where I live I will, and put a lein on whatever he owns.

I emailed him today. Ill be going to the Post Office tomorrow and getting the report of the cashed MO. Then I'll be going right down the block to the police station to file a police report and see what means we can take as a group.

So did anybody do anything with this kid? Anybody ever go get their parts? I wish I had someone in TX I knew well enough but no one wants to get involved w/ a simple face to face hello.... I filed him but there isn't much you can do outside of the state. I wish I was closer so i could just go get my F'n parts and or money back. Or at worst money's worth.......
