dinner at a friend's, she made chicken on a bed of veggies with parmesan cheese. the side dish was pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, ruccola and olives. all very good.

Doing beef ribs tonight. A little too fatty for me. But, that is what Phil wants for dinner.
I usually boil them before putting them on the grill. Makes them super tender and the meat falls off the bone.
Tonight, I'll just slow cook them though I think...
