Dude. I don't understand! I am try to amagine what it is that makes people do this shit! The only reason I think someone would steal money would be because of a drug problem. ( I hope I don't get in trouble saying this ) This guy has to be realy F-d up in the head to do this and try to get away with it. Who in their right mind would come on this site, post shit for sale, and not come through. I'd go pay him a visit~!

slp is a delphi MAF. i never got the lid back yet. ill just send you $60 or send the MAF back and ill send it all back, i dont care.

Why didn't you tell him that when you sent half of his order a week ago, 2 months late?

I think you owe him his full amount back including shipping and he keeps the MAF for your F-up and aggrivation.

i actually did, i said "i got the maf back, do you want me to still refund your mondey or should i ship it out again?" he replied, YES YES YES i still want the parts.

i had to pay to shiup with usps, then i had to pay again to ship with UPS.
ill send you the money for the lid, if you dont want the MAF, send it back, ill refund the whole thing.

ps. im done with this site. you have my email chad.

Of course he wants the parts!!!!! After 60 days of being bu&& Fu*^ed, WHO WOULDN'T? Shit, I would be happy with a freaking toaster and a box of shipping peanuts or bubble wrap to take my aggrivation out on for my $120

I believe everyone will agree, including Chad, that he is entitled to a full refund plus shipping and he keeps the part.

If this were a civil suit, and I am quite well versed in the subject. Not only would a judge side with Chad on a full refund, Chad would be permitted compensatory damages for down time for the car and aggrivation. I see cases every day such as this. Your $120 shenanagan (if Chad persued this) would cost you $120 plus court costs, plus filing fees, plus travel expenses, plus missed work.

You would have to prove your case with shipping reciepts and such. You don't have them because you never shipped them out initially. 60 days is enough for me to rule against you. Failure to supply goods within a reasonable and customary timeframe. You have to have the goods in hand and available for delivery in order to accept, endorse and deposit the funds.
