Charlotte Coliseum imploded
Well, Charlotte is completely bonkers now. This weekend they just imploded a coliseum that is better, bigger, and newer than a lot of NBA arenas currently in use. We have the Arena downtown so they have decided that the land was more valuable than trying to find a use for a 24,000 seat coliseum (I guess Charlotte doesn't need THREE).
I still think it was nicer than the current arena (plus it had on-site parking for 8000+ cars). Like eighteen years old.
Damn....just damn.

This morning as I was getting on the Interstate, I was in 2nd as I was merging off the cloverleaf, and I ran out the rpm's to merge. As I was shifting to third (75 mph?) I just barely touched the gear and row'ed thru 'em to sixth. A spankin' new GT was in the left lane and had came up quick, but all of a sudden He backed down and would NOT get in front of me. As a matter of fact, he fell in behind me, and kept falling back, although I was just doing 75.
Is that a kill?
