I rolled it out of the Garage Last Weekend! Didn't have a radiator in so I had to push it. There is so many little things that have to be done you'd never know it. Most will never be seen but never the less need to be done. I hope Saturday to Assemble the Car Complete with Doors. Once everything is proven to Fit, open, and close with no problems I'll be moving along to the Body Work. Here the Car looks as if to be sitting "High". It is, there is no weight on it yet. I stood on the rocker panel with a Buddy(About 480 lbs combined) and the Rear End settled down an Inch and a Half. Remember the Car has ground Effects that will give the Appearance of being even lower. Thought and Criticism's are always welcome.
Here is a Rear View, Sorry no Bumper Cover on.

Those Pipes are 3½" and have an Angle cut on them. After walking by it twice and getting duplicate cuts on one leg I Put a couple of layers of Tape on them.Last edited by Z34LS1; 03-20-2008 at 01:18 PM. Reason: added text

You know what I have one and have thought the same thing. The front of the wing(the Tips forward pointing) is to wide for my Deck Lid, but the back is Perfect. I thought about taking a "Pie Cut" out of the corners to bring the forward tips even with the front of the Deck Lid. The Factory wing is not very tall, the 4th Gen Formula Wing is very Tall. I think it would look nice.
This Wing:

Updates.....
I've been very busy working on the project. This past weekend I used seam sealer for the first time. I bought the sealer at NAPA in the form of a caulk gun. My pictures were taken after plugging the Computer back in and running the wiring to the Battery, as well as Installing the new Radiator. I got to here the LS1 run again for the first time since the project began.
I have new Tubular Trailing Arms, Panhard Bar, and a Strut Tower Brace to install yet. I've also switched the Wheels out for the SS Wheels, the C4 Wheels were a bit to much. The front Frame Rails are now done, and the rears are completed to.
I have one more pice of Bracing to do. I want to attach the Floor Pan to the Lumina Body underneath the car. Neither car was done this way from the facory, I'm just hoping to stiffen it up a bit more.

Decklid Alterations....
Today I cut the Rear Spoiler from the Trans Am. The Lumina deck Lid is much Skinnier and Flatter than the Trans Am's hatch. I thought abought this for a while and was going to take a small pie shaped cut fro each inside corner at first. The problem was it would have changed the way the spoiler looked. The biggest problem was the front tips of the Spoiler has bolts on the underside that secure them to the hatch, these bolts were about an inch and a half outside of the Lumina's deck lid.
Here is how I cut the Spoiler:
Using painters tape I laid out my material to be removed.
Next I laid the same stripes on the top side, maintaining the 1.500 gap:
After measuring the layout being sure the lines were straight I went to the Verticle Saw:
After the Initial cuts were made I then took a second cut closer to my lines:
Here is what I had after cutting:
Next it was on to the 24 inch disk sander to Square up my cuts:
After Sanding the Cuts down I was left with nice straight lines:
Over the weekend I hope to have the Spoiler back in one piece, I'll post photos afterwards. The Base of the Spoiler has a lot of alterations to be done to get it to look right with the center mounts touching the deck lid. There is about a 2 Inch gap that needs to be filled. My plan is to cut the bottoms off the center mounts, then make new pieces to fill the voids.
