i have talked to him through pm's he said he is getting a divorce and will have items shipped by mid of next week or so.

he is answering me but i told him to post something here but he hasn't.

Interesting.... I bought some fans off him and just decided to do some researching since I've only been emailing him. He seemed extremely sincere and honest to me also when I talked with him. Emer's do come up so lets just hope this is one of those moments, for us..... Sucks for him that he has to be going through a divorce if that really is the case.

We have his address.

He is a mom's boy. (25 years and old still living at home) ha ha!
I have spoke to his mother, she said that he had left in his truck!?

I sent him $45 for the ls6 pushrods, there is no difference in the ls1 pushrod

I am heading to that part of Texas in a week. If the cops don't get him, I will get my $45 dollars worth of hide.

Simple assault in Texas is only $152.50, a small price to payback for someone fu@kin me

He will no longer answer the home phone or his cell phone

This sucks..... Internet shopping fcuking sucks. Bound to get bit sooner or later. I'm seriously hoping he is just in a bad spot now.

Good luck with the ass kickin. Smack 90 bucks worth out of him for me. I cant stand people that steel money from all of us that come to these sites to get smokin deals on parts for our projects. Building a car is expencive enough without some ass hole steeling your money. Good luck guys I hope you all eather end up with parts or your money back.

So did he mean the 16th or the 23rd? I personally think its BS now. Whether you are getting a divorce or not you have no time at all to take and post up a message or return an email or answer a phone call? I think not..... Looks like I just coughed up 105 bucks. i hear you, he hasn't returned any of my pm's. he could get in some really trouble with fraud and over state lines hope you guys go after him. with all this info on him it would be real easy to get him. jail for 300 or so dollars not worth it to me.

unfortunately, federal law is: if it is $500 or over across a state line, then its a felony. otherwise, its just a misdemenor and chances are they will not pursue it. Dont ask how I know, lol

Jeremy, whether you send the parts or not, you fucked us on this one. I wouldn't suggest doing business w/ you whether I get my parts or not. It isn't that hard to keep people in the loop. Go to the GD library to get on the computer if you have to when you have peoples money....

i went through a divorce 5 years back too. i went through some fu**ed up shit. all i can say is keep a detailed journal on everything about your divorce and anything to do with the kids. you might need it one day in court. my journal saved my ass.
