not really with genital piercings, they're pretty easy to take care of because they're covered all day (or i would hope) so they stay cleaner. They generally heal pretty quick (this goes for PA's especially). But that is still very piercing specific, just depends on which one, there's many different types you can get.

You get a PA you need your head checked.The list of complications/PITA with those is long.

I wanted to do something years ago and got a frenum done...I've had it for 6 yrs now and not a problem with it.It IS a conversation piece when need be.
