i use black magic, but you have to take a rag and wibe most of the excess of before driving it around. most all tire shines wont stay on...especially past 60ish

I go to CVS for my dressing's..........................
It's a 2 stage set-up.
First wipe them down with a coat of KY.
Then after that soaks in and drys out. I come back with a applicator and spread on a nice coat of Vasoline.
But seriously this stuff I had found at the S.E.M.A. show a couple years back works great. They also have a gaurentee that if your not happy call them up and they will buy it back so you can't go wrong.
If you have never used their stuff I would say the Speed Demon Detailer is better than the Instant Detailer also.
Check them out I love all of their stuff I have ever used and wouldn't think twice about applying any of their products on my show car's paint. (I have $10,000 in paint job)Last edited by LS2Tuner; 05-18-2008 at 08:37 AM. Reason: Got Vasoline on the keyboard!
Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

Sorry...I forgot about this string....
I did try a few mentioned here and hands down the winner is....
Armor All "Extreme Tire Shine Gel"
No slinging shit all over everywhere and the shine is unreal.

Navy Blue Metallic- '00 Formy A4
I just did my tires for the first time the other day. I used some Turtle Wax 'Wet n' Black' I picked up at the dollar store, I figured it was worth a shot. I sprayed it onto a Eagle One tire sponge (best 2.50 you can spend!), and applied it that way. It came out very good.
Not extremely glossy, I don't like that wet, "gelled" look, but a nice shine with NO sling that still looks like I just applied it even after driving through a rainstorm today.
