Last week: went for a joy ride, tops down! Went all over the country roads, thento the body shop for a quote on my ss hood getting painted. After that raced an Evo on highway 22. Lost by a hair! Fun day though.

Yeah, kind of regret selling it though
Driveway space is limited, and the GF was complaining, so one had to go... decided it had to be the '99. Hell, I was gunna part it out. Motor/Trans/Harness would've brought the same amount of money as what the new owner bought it for. Just couldn't live with the fact of me tearing apart a perfectly good car, that could go up and down the road 100 miles a day. So, I sold it cheap. Damn women
Ah well, ordered my bearings for the 12 bolt today along with the diff cover gasket, get the iron block back from the machine shop tomorrow, should have my top end arrive sometime next week. Can't wait to see UPS in the upcoming days Went over to my buddy's house today, first time I've really even seen this rear, needs some light sanding from what I can tell, but should be good to go

also bought my repacement corvete wheel that i smashed last summer when a big chunk of wood fell out of a pickup truck...i swerved hard, but couldnt avoid it, smashed that rim flat...bought a wheel last fall to replace it, and it was a tad different than mine. so while moving my wheels around the garage, i finally noticed they were off a 50th ann vette, and they are speed lines....found a good speedline vetter wheel, for 65 dollars. soi im waiting for it to get here, strip all 4 wheels and re powder coat them and finally get it looking good again, i think she looks like ass on stockers for having black vette wheels (see profile picture) for soooo long

omg the pacesetter were just retarded simple to install...the pace setter ory was just perfect. they have is flattened out in the right spot to clear the floor of the car. clearance is great all the way thru, and they dont hang low at all.....i would highly reccomend pacesetters and their y pipe

Today I stopped to find my car with the rear end completely tore out of it. Inspected everything and it looks like brand new. Cant even find any wear on the pinion or ring gear. All seals are in close to perfect shape and even the bearings look like new even at 67k miles.
I figure I will get a good look at it now before it blows up on me at some point....hahah
