ok, my one serious response to the video and then I'm done.
If it's proven that the other guy was giving him shit about it then he had every right to beat the guys ass. Nothing should be done to this guy. If you push and push and push people eventually someone is gonna pop you in the mouth. Sounds like this guy was pushing and using his job as cover to keep from getting his ass whipped. It's jokes like this that end up getting people killed.
