    i wouldnt necessarily be so quick to get rid of it, 3rd gens make a great drag platform if thats what you're in to. lots of parts and easy to work on

    He's right 3rd gens and foxes alike are great for building power, but its not worth it any time soon until you have enough for a complete drivetrain swap. The chassis and frame are solid as hell, no rust at all. But the engine/tranny/rear end are junk as a platform for power.

    I know many that have used a 3rd gen to build a race car out of, mostly for road racing but you have a decent platform now for anything that you decide to do!

    well its the stock lt1 cam... but i heard they fit with my engine. i would assume it would net me like 30-50hp right? or am i hoping for too much.

    yea but dont people charge like $1k to install that shit? to me, that its ALOT of money... id rather chance it and have my car apart for a couple days and do it myself

    Nice car, my friend has a 3rd gen camaro and mustang, or rather his dad does but they share. They run nice considering how old they are, those cars sure have heart to them.
