update
picked up the car it looks and runs great not over heating like he said go figure and just got a call from adjuster we are being given back our deductable i paid and they found the young girl at fault kARMA IS A BITCH

good deal, i'm glad that they found in her fault. i hate people that cause accidents and then sue the person that they hit. that to me just screams scum of the earth
