Thats exactly what I have been telling everybody. This is far from over...if he wants that ammo banned he will keep hammering at it in the shadows until he finds a way to do it. Wouldnt shock me to get a notification on a Friday afternoon at like 6pm that it was banned via executive order.

Why would he use an executive order when the ATF can simply add it to a list and stop the sale of this ammo without putting egg on Obamas face?

But yet he hasn't ban any firearms, firearm accessories or ammo via executive order and people are still running around with their hair on fire spouting he can and will. He has had 7 years to do it and hasn't.

That's because the ass whopping CO residents laid on their state officials that tried to ban them. Amazing how fast that crap dropped once the Libs started losing office.
And not excluding all the butthurt the SCOTUS has been laying down on D.C., Chicago and any other gun bans.
Besides what ever the current one does and gets away with sets it up for the next one, and the one after that to just Exec Order changes. Flat Tax = done, Voter ID = Done, Obamacare = gone.....etc. What's good for the Goose.....
