You won't be able do to that right away, you have to reach a certain amount of posts and time as a member here before you can do the album.

Well, I already sent a msg to the webmaster asking how to put a pic of my car next to my web-name, THEN I found this post, web, string (pick one). Could someone pleeze explain this to me in Engrish so I can put at least one pic of my car in the site. Tank Yew berry much.

Is it possible that the car pics are too large ?Just wondering. When I go to the custom avatar screen I drop to the " upload from my computer " section. So far so good. I hit browse to go into my folders then click on "car pics". OK so far. Now it gets confusing. If I hit "open", my car pics folder doesn't come up in the lower box for "upload from computer", some other file comes up. ( this isn't my computer ) I also can't type anything into the "upload from comp" box either. I have no clue what to do here. I can do some stuff on the computer but I'm basically computer challenged

HELP !

Do you have 'use custom avatar' checked off?

it doesn't sound like a size issue ( when it's the wrong size it'll tell you when you start to upload it). It sounds to me like maybe you're not doing something right when selecting the file. When you browse and find your car folder what shows when you double click on the car folder? Also, what format are your pictures in?

The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

I double checked again and tried to do this download--no cigar. I checked off the 'custom avatar' box, then clicked on 'browse' to get my folder. I double clicked on 'car pics' and some other crap shows up in the box. I can't figure this out. By the way, the pics are in jpeg form and the pic I want to use is approx 785 kb. Too large ? Give me a holler when you get a chance. thanx a bunch.

That's really odd. Like a broken link to you car folder or something.

I have no clue. But, you can copy your post to the 'request and feedback' section and maybe Ed can figure it all out for you
