Rims on Black Camaro SS

I'll give you a big HELL no on the smoothies. I have them on my black ss and it looks like someone pulled them off some 60's hot rod. the style of the rim does not go good with the camaro IMO

I would be inclined to agree with you comment if you had said TT2's or TTM's. You are the first person I have heard say they don't look good on a camaro. I have them on my SS and have gotten nothing but compliments in regards to them.

IMO, the c5/c6 Zo6 wheels don't flow with the body lines of either the camaro or firebird...

I like the junk yard dog wheels but 300 a rim is a little more than i want to spend. Id rather use the extra cash to buy a new rear end or something.

I should just go for it they are so cheap if i didnt like them i could just sell them for more than i paid i'm sure. could even offer 225 they are new

what I've encountered is the people that have given me compliments on them are in their 40s or older. the people who say they don't like them are around my age in their 20s.

thats because theose people know and understand what looks good...

perhaps, these younger kiddos see something that 'looks' cool and they believe that if they have them on their car it makes them 'cool'...

kinda of like the slim or skinny jeans people wear, who have no idea how bad they really look in them...

i guess if i ever wanted black rims, id simply stop cleaning my wheels...

I would put SLP headers on my Camaro before I put black wheels on it.

And I agree with most everyone on here. Don't do black wheels. Especially on a black car, it just looks like the new version of the Bat Mobile,,,fuggly.

Some form of a shiny wheel is the way to go in my opinion. Especially on a black car that needs something. I never liked the mono chrome look of the newer cars anyway, and wheels at least give it some pop.

Im 17. And not to bash on anyones trans ams/camaros/etc. But im not a fan of smoothies or TTs..
They belong on '60-70s or mustangs IMO
i do however like the comp. grey TTs on black...just my opinion tho. Its ur choice
i kinda like the thriple black with black rims with drilled rotors and red calipers

oh and i DONT wear skinny jeans or baggy jeans around my knees.
