pretty much,

they accepted my offer
house got appraised, so the bank will finance
house got surveyed....everything is in place, the property has big stone retaining walls....wasn't too worried about encroachment
I resubmitted my offer, and listed what i wanted fixed based on the survey, they accepted that.

All i have to do is sign off on the fixes, saying im satisfied....i dont know what the next step is, lol
