SHOCK TOWER BRACE FOR V6's
Does anybody know of a brand of shock tower brace that will fit the 4th gen V6 cars? Why do most companies say they only fit V8's? Are the V6's taller? wider? weirder?
Thanks alot.

Which brand are you using? any fitment issues? who do you recommend?
BTW your nitrous times are right on par with a stock LT!

I haven't tied into suspension upgrades for now, so I can't say anything first hand about fitment issues. I do know that alot of V6 guys seem to like the BMR strut braces though. But I'm sure all would be a good choice, just depends on what style/cost you want to go with.

on 98+ they are the exact same thing V-6/V-8. Purchase the one of your liking, they all fit in those year ranges. -Tim

shock tower brace
Tim,
Thanks for the replay. Don't intend to offend, but how sure are you that V6/V8 makes no difference in the 98+ F-cars in relation to manufacturer of shock tower brace? Reason I ask is 93-97's are NOT interchangeable. Something about that earlier V6.
Thanks alot

Ahhh, my bad. The difference is the suspension setup. Maybe a different Strut Plate. Sorry about that. -Tim

Okay, I found out from Spohn.net that the V6's sit higher/closer to the hood than the V8's.
