273 to 373... conversion
i have a 2000 z28 with option code gu2 aka 273 gears.... i want to upgrade to 373...since i have a 2 series do i need anything other than just a new gear and pinion.....i ask cause i almost bought 342's from some one who took them out of an m6 and he said they wouldnt direct fit because it was a 2 series......please help

Yeah the carrier is different, the M6/3.23 cars have a 3 series. You can purchase 3.73's for a 2 series carrier.

im actually thinking im gonna go with 342's...so where ever i get them from all i have do to is tell them i have a 2 series carrier and they'll give me the right gears?
