    did another clean install with win 7 and so far so good. Hasn't frozen 1 time since last night. Maybe it was just a shady install.....wouldn't be the first time that's happened to someone. I'm not holding my breath though and I've also got myself wanting a newer computer now.

    Even uninstalling and reinstalling a new driver could temporarily fix a problem. Time will tell though.
