picking a cam that will get you close to 400hp is going to need one hell of a tune to be truly streetable (but then again everyone has their own definition of streetable) The MS3 is a very powerful cam and should put you close to 400. The torquer 2 (which I run) is a great cam for making pretty good power last dyno i had i was at 380.

    FMS-F11-112 - 228"/230" .576"/.595" 112LSA - 2200-6600 RPM range.
    FMS-F13-112 - 230"/232" .595"/.585" 112LSA - 2500-6800 RPM range.
    FMS-F14-112 - 232"/234" .598"/.598" 112LSA - 2600-7000 RPM range.

    Texas Speed Torquer v.2
    Texas Speed 233/239
    or a custom TSP
    230/230 112lsa w/XFI lobes, or a 230/236 112lsa w/XFI lobes.

All of these would be streetable, but the 228, and 230 intake durations a little more.
