Did not go with the MS4. Doesnt sound like you have read up on it very much, kinda just picked it out maybe? Read up.
Going to need a double spring
Use the 'old' Crane spring tool. SpeedInc sells them, they work great.

I did my homework already
I asked about the springs because comp, patriot, precision race components etc. make double springs, cause i know with a high lift cam .649/ .609
u gotta change valve springs more often.
i was curious who might have used what springs with more mile intervals, had better luck, etc...after researching cams for the last 3 months ive deceided the ms4 is the way for me!

Patroits seem to be very common and have a nice price.

We all have our own limits as to what is streetable.
To me, 4000 stall isn't, but to you, it is. All in the perspective.
But yeah, I will be replacing my valvesprings at 15-16K with my cam.

sold: 1999 firebird- 1998 Trans Am
got a bud with one, he daily drives, he goes through m6 trannys like you wouldnt believe, maybe driver mod? idk. also it barely idles, it dies regularly, maybe he needs a tune and maybe make the hole in the throttle body valve bigger to raise the idle rpm.
if you do this, upgrade heads, rods lifters springs get headers ls6/fast intake you'll need some ca$h bud

I got the ms4 and it sweet. get the patriot .660 kit they sell. Also get a fast 90 90 cuz its needs the air. Also i ordered my hooker 1 7/8 which should help it out. and get at least 36 pounders. I have this setup and it sweet. BUT alot of money lol. - Mike

I've researched the MS4 for a few months, and I'm definately going with it. You will most likely need a good dino tune after the swap. It won't be as bad with an M6 as an A4. Definately add a rebuilt tranny into your budget. Mine is coming out and heading off to tick shift next week. As for the springs, I woul call TSAP. I have heard nothing but good things about their support, and they won't sell you something that will break. They know they'll get flamed on every LS forum out there.
