I'm sure you and I have a different opinion of tolerable daily driver than someone who hasn't driven a cammed car and gotten used to it. I don't mind bitchy, lol and honestly kinda like it but most don't.
I have my eye on a CamMotion grind 228/232 578/578 114+4 . Need just a few mor weeks.

Good all around mid size cam, you WILL know its in there. Good bump in power, but still very street friendly with a good tune. Since it is under .600" lift it won't beat the crap out of your valve springs....I'd go with a set of comp 918s or PAC springs with this cam.

Would the 230/232 595/601 113 cam that Mr. Luos mentioned above be a good cam for my setup? What would be a good ICL with it? Thanks

Mr. Luos , I think has a LQ9 block that is now 408 cubic inches, I think.
Look on youtube, One of my favorites is Mr. Luos videos. Also look at a car called Deetox or maybe its Detoxx. They are two totally different engines. Detoxx uses a F11 from Futral. Its a cam and intake only car, factory long block, with a nice converter in it. Mr.Luos is all custom built as a package.I think. Good videos. You can hear and see many LS cams in action on youtube. Maybe help you pick out cam, here them idle, rev, , surge,,, and die when you get to big of one.
