VW BEETLE W/ FLOWER- 88 CRX
with LT's/Y self-ported T/B 3k stall, and a shift kit i dyno'd 145 HP
and ran a 14.7 at 99 MPH.

What is this thing I see on E-bay...a chip that can add 70 hP and add 25 mpg...I think that is a load of BS...has anyone used these chips?
