agreed, probably fake

but if it was real it was probably caused by someone wiring up an aftermarket stereo wrong - i heard a story a while back that was related to an airbag deflating due to improper stereo wiring, but i do not remember how or what exactly was done.

something has to make the impact sensors close from them thinking theres an impact, causing the air bag to deploy. You can beat that air bag as hard as you want, an they wont deploy. They work on electrical signal.

The airbag sensor in my car is right under the cupholder in the center console. Seems like a good place, seeing as how Pepsi probably doesn't affect the way they work.
