No, it's my pets name. I had the misfortune of opening one of his threads shortly before I named my pet. It's a cool name anyway.

Nope... never tried... but I wouldn't want to anyway, they all seem to be middle aged, and they play WoW...

I don't know about the other 9 million players in the game, but I prefer what I can get real life as opposed to that game.

And I am one of the few guys that can say that they have met someone over Warcraft, met them IRL, and had sex (multiple times in fact).

She was extremely gorgeous (to ward off the stereotype of girls that play Warcraft are overweight/unattractive). I was 19 at the time and she was 27...she weighed about 100 pounds, very slender, brunette, and was into cars

We met up a few times over the course of 2 months...we went out on dates, slept in a hotel (since I still lived at home with my siblings, and my parents wouldn't have approved of that), and usually had sex about 2 or 3 times each time we got together...definately a high point in my life

. We later decided it wouldn't work...she lived in Philadelphia and I'm in Central Maryland (2-3 hour drive), so getting together for a worth while length of time was difficult.

Most the people who I've come in contact with who play Counter Strike are all about 13 years old. No wonder you're used to constant flame fests.

The age of WoW players is substantially higher (In part because of the monthly fee) and for the most part, myself included, we enjoy playing a game without people cursing and bitching the entire time.

I don't know about other servers, but on my server, most of the guilds have a requirement that you must be 18 years or older to join. This ensures at least general maturity of members, and we don't have to put up with the immaturity of younger kids.

You would be surprised how much more enjoyable a game can be when your only interaction isn't with a bunch of dolts.
