Do you have the LS1 or 6th intake?
LS6 doesn't have the egr, but a couple of places make a plate for both intakes like he has in the pic.
When you refer to egr block off plates those are for the ports on the heads. They go for $9 at WS6Store.
For LS1 intakes the EGR block off plug is about $26 also from WS6Store.
EmblemPros sells a plate like the one in the above pic for $25.

Hey Scott, I have the LS1 intake. My EGR has already been deleted, and it has the plug already installed. All I need is the Plate with the Firebird logo on it. I will check with EmblemPros. Thanks man!

No question, yours look much better than the freeze plug--way better.
