when i debadged my emblems, i used floss, wd40, credit card, rubbing alcohol, and clean rags. it took me 15 mins to take all the emblems on my car out.. except for the redwhiteblue stripes. i only took out the z28, and the chevy logo... made it look cleaner and naked. haha
if youre interested with the steps...
1. get your floss behind any part, side, of the emblem.
2. spray it with wd40, make sure you wipe down all the runs..
3. start pullin floss up and down until the whole emblem is off. it might chip depending on your flossing angle.
4. when the emblems off, there will be residue thats left.. spray with wd40, wipe the runs, and start rubbing it off with your credit card. Dont worry, it will not scratch your paint!
5. when residue is gone, do a final wipe with your clean rag..
6. rubbing alcohol and rag will make any little dirty spot go out.
** do that to all the emblems that you want off and wash it afterwards.
i will show pics, but i never have time during the day to take pics. hopefully bossman wont need me this weekend!
***y2kpewter, you think this process will work on the side moldings?
